I’m a Nashville-based UX designer and leader with 15 years of experience in creating products users love at scale. Originally from Ohio and having attended the University of Cincinnati for industrial design, I’ve spent my career designing experiences in the security, professional services, retail, and healthcare industries.

Currently, I am the Manager of UX Operations at HCA Healthcare, where I lead a multi-disciplinary team of designers, researchers, developers, and accessibility analytics to help shape how UX is done at HCA, from playbooks and templates to education and our design system. A design system that supports over thirty applications and more than 200 websites for patients, caregivers, colleagues, and customers. In addition to being compliant with WCAG 2.2 AA standards, to deliver exceptional experiences for everyone.

Outside of work…

…I can be found hanging out with my family. Often at a park, a train show, or relaxing at home with our cats. At other times, you can find me at my painting desk working on miniatures for various tabletop games, playing video games, or reading.
