Is our getting started process for Digital Life quick for users to complete?


The Outcome

Out of twelve users the average time to complete the process was upwards of 30 minutes. Users struggled with industry terminology and projecting the set up of their actual security system, including PIN codes.

Through a second round of testing we came to a simpler flow which allowed users to complete the process quickly, cutting the time almost in half.
